Definition of Hide

Pronunciation: hīd
v. t.1.To conceal, or withdraw from sight; to put out of view; to secrete.
[imp. Hid (hĭd); p. p. Hidden (hĭd"d'n), Hid; p. pr. & vb. n. Hiding (hīd"ĭng).]
