one

several
species
of
singing
birds
of
the
genus
Myiophonus
,
native
of
Asia
,
Australia
,
and
the
East
Indies
.
They
are
generally
black
,
glossed
with
blue
,
and
have
a
patch
of
bright
blue
on
each
shoulder
.
Their
note
is
a
loud
and
clear
whistle
.
