filaments
on
decaying
fruit
,
etc
.
Many
forms
once
referred
to
this
genus
are
now
believed
to
be
temporary
conditions
of
fungi
of
other
genera
,
among
them
the
vine
mildew
(
Oïdium
Tuckeri
),
which
has
caused
much
injury
to
grapes
.
