The
impure
spirit
which
comes
over
first
and
last
in
the
distillation
of
whisky
; -
the
former
being
called
the
strong faints
,
and
the
latter
,
which
is
much
more
abundant
,
the
weak faints
.
This
crude
spirit
is
much
impregnated
with
fusel
oil
.
